We believe:-
That F.C.J. College finds its purpose in the life and teaching of Jesus.

should be taught through action and example; and be the lived experience of each member of the school community.
- That the school community should give witness to the Gospel in the wider community and the world.
- That we should nurture and educate each individual to his/her potential, through the development of the whole person encompassing spiritual, emotional, moral, social, physical, creative and intellectual development.
- That we encourage students to value the acquisition of knowledge, learning and understanding.
